Design Brief
I haven't updated the look of my dining room in years, So during lockdown, I started looking at ideas online and surfing the net for items I could decorate my home with. A couple of weeks of trying to remodel on my own, I ran into a problem. I wasn’t able to shortlist what was best for my dining room because there were too many options. When there are a lot of options, it gets me overwhelmed. One thing was for sure, I wanted my home to be turned into my oasis. I figured since I have no idea how long I will be quarantined. I wanted my home to be my vacation spot- a space that I wouldn't want to leave even after the world goes back to normal.
Watching Design Experts at Work
I am a visual person, I can understand something better when it’s in front of my eyes. That’s exactly what collaborating with Spacejoy offered me- Designs in 3D. I could actually see my room coming together. All I had mentioned in our briefing was my style, the feel I was going for and the colours I was leaning towards. They took my pointers and created a design that was just right. The team was also very prompt with giving me clarity and answering any questions I had. The attention to detail was impeccable. I fell in love with Sarah’s vision for my Oasis. I was amazed at the timelines, the efficiency in their way of working which ensured I was completely stress-free the whole time.

Using the Spacejoy App to Experience Designs in 3D
I had a great experience with Spacejoy and one of the biggest reasons I believe is because of the efficiency of the team and the features they have to offer. Imagine looking at your redesigned space in 3D with items and products placed and everything. How cool is that! Especially, if you are a visual person like me where you have to see things in order to love it, Spacejoy is your go-to brand. They will help you with your indecisiveness and suggest what’s perfect for the space. Because of the 3D design feature, it got easier on my part when it came to giving them pointers on what I liked or what I didn't want to go ahead for my design.

When Sarah sent us the final 3D images of our dining room, I honestly couldn’t believe it. It looked so real as if someone had come home, redecorated our dining area and clicked a picture of it in HD. This is my first experience with something like this and I was amazed at the extreme makeover. My 4 boys enjoyed the process of the space coming together in 3D. They found it quite cool, trust me when I say this because I know how hard it is to impress teenagers.

If you are overwhelmed with the choices on the internet or have very little knowledge about home decor, leave it to the experts at Spacejoy.
