Exposed Wood Beams & Cozy Fireplace: A Mid-century Living/Dining Room
Exposed wood beams, mid-century furniture, and wooden accents create a sense of warmth in this living-dining room. The living room's seating arrangement has an upholstered sofa in neutral sand-colored fabric and a pair of warm leather accent chairs with a wood frame. The coffee table features a rich natural wood finish. Ivory knit poufs add texture and a place to prop up your feet, as well as additional seating. The area rug has a neutral palette and a ticking-stripe pattern. The white sideboard with the wood-framed back offers a clean and hidden storage space for toys and other items. The artwork in the living room is simple and minimal, with just a hint of color. The wall paneling has been painted Benjamin Moore White Dove, which provides a fresh yet warm white backdrop that brightens the room. The dining nook features a live edge dining table and a live edge bench, and they are accompanied by black, slat back chairs. Lastly, the fireplace is the focal point in this mid-century space, flaunting a bold wallpapered accent wall.

I loved the design my designer created. It was warm and cozy all at once. I’ve already bought the table in the design.
I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up. I have already bought the coffee table and plan on buying the rest too. This design is everything I was looking for.
