We wanted to keep the color palette neutral; therefore, we chose easy to clean fabrics and upholstered furniture to make guests feel comfortable when entertaining. The dining table can comfortably seat six people. We placed two side chairs in the far corners of the room that can be stored in the corner when not in use but moved to the ends of the table to seat additional guests. On the far wall of the room, we chose a sideboard with open and concealed storage used as a buffet station when entertaining. On the sideboard and table centerpiece, we added fresh flowers to invite color and life. The rug underneath the table is pleasant and grounds the space together. Finally, we brought the walls to life by adding a floating shelf and added photos to bring personality to the room.
