A Snugly Blue Transitional Living Room

We chose a light sectional sofa and placed it in the corner facing the fireplace for that cozy feel. We wanted this space to feel warm and yet polished, which is why we added pops of blue throughout the area through rugs, artwork, and curtains for a relaxing and somewhat coastal vibe. Two striped armchairs bring in a touch of pattern to the sofa's left to create an informal seating arrangement. Behind the armchairs, two bookcases with glass fronts create a library-esqe feel. To this space, we added green plants to make the living room brighter and invite the outdoors indoors.
