Mid-Century Living Room With Industrial Accents

This living room space is centered around the Cigar leather couch from Article. To break it up and incorporate a more mid-century aesthetic, we added two velvet chairs from West Elm to add a touch of color and layer some textures into this design. The layout is set up in a way that encourages conversations, but at the same time, everyone can sit back, relax, and watch TV undisturbed. Industrial design accents are incorporated in the media console and the stairway bookcase, featuring black metal accents that pair well with the crescent black floor lamp that's a statement in mid-century designs. In the end, the space looks intriguing, warm, and sophisticated.
