Out-Of-This-World Transitional Kid's Bedroom

Interestingly, in this transitional kid's bedroom decor, the furniture isn't what grounds the space, but the paint treatment makes the difference. To separate the play and study area, we arranged the room to have both sections opposite each other. The oversized table from IKEA paired with a drawer unit in the middle instantly creates two studying spaces without the need for multiple desks. Floating shelves and bookcases serve as a space to add decorative accents and be an extra storage space for books or school supplies. On the bedroom side, the storage bedside units and the bookcase are perfect for storing away toys and more. Finally, to make the space theme noticeable, we added some awesome prints and wall art elements to take this bedroom out-of-this-world.

I loved the design my designer created. It was warm and cozy all at once. I’ve already bought the table in the design.

I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up. I have already bought the coffee table and plan on buying the rest too. This design is everything I was looking for.
