Coastal Guest Bedroom With Work Area

If you're looking to transform your guest bedroom into a comfortable and functional space, a coastal-inspired design could be the perfect choice. With the right design elements, you can create a serene space that feels like a vacation spot. For this design, we prioritized creating a functional and organized working space. To achieve this, we sourced from the Pottery Barn Pacific Collection, which offers customizable options for their furniture pieces. We’ve also selected light colors to create a beautiful contrast and brighten the room. The desk is large enough to fit two monitors, a printer, and storage, while the two bookcases offer ample space for book collections or other items. We also added a new upholstered full-size bed for the guest area, which is best for optimizing the space. New bedding was added to create a comfortable and luxurious touch to the room. Plug-in sconces were also added to provide lighting to the bed area. Lastly, a large rug was added to ground the space and tie everything together. If you're open to painting or adding interesting details, we suggest light colors to help brighten up the room and make it feel larger. Wallpaper or a wood wall feature can also add some interesting textures and details to the space. A coastal-inspired guest bedroom with a work area is the perfect way to create a peaceful and functional space. With the right furniture pieces, bedding, lighting, and design elements, you can create a beautiful space that your guests will love. Don't hesitate to add your own personal touches to make the space truly your own. Contact team Spacejoy to get started on a new and exciting project today!
