This this memory firm foam mattress is way too firm. The hardness feels like Im laying on top of concrete. Also all 4 corners are down about 3 inches lower. They look smashed. On top of that the mattress and also the frame were delivered to my neighbors 2 houses down. They were nice enough to return it to me. The address label is correct. They just delivered my items to 2 different neighbors!!! I need a refund as I cannot sleep on concrete firmness. Please let me know how to return this mattress.

This mattress is a lot firmer than expected, however it is still comfortable. As Seen I’m the photo when people sit in the bed they barely sink down, and the spot where the most pressure is exerted, you’ll sink down maybe a centimeter or 2. I agree with the notion that the comfort is medium. If you aren’t use to FIRM firm beds then I wouldn’t recommend this mattress, but I think it’s quite comfy

The mattress is definitely very firm. Didn’t expect that but love it. Memory foam is making it very comfortable. The only issue that I have is that even after 4 days it won’t reach the 10“. Customer service told me I should give it at least 72 hours (not the advised 48h). But it’s not changing in height since 60 hours. So I got a 20 refund because of that.

This mattress is the firmest thing I have ever slept on in the best way possible. We're chiropractors and this bed will make your back feel like you're 20 years old again.

Very firm mattress but nevertheless it molds well to your body and weight.

was a little disappointed at this company that said few times in there post this is 10 to 11 inch thick but after 5 days it reached up to 9 inch, i'm glad i didn't order 6 inch it would have been 2 inch.

This mattress is definitely not 10 inches after fully being inflated. My daughter loves it though.

I’ve never had a mattress come in a box so I didn’t know what to expect. I am so happy I gave it a shot. This mattress is one of the best I’ve had in my years. I’ll be ordering more in the near future!!

Comes in a big box. Super comfy to sleep on as i prefer firm. Excellent value for the price. My only comment is that the corners of the mattress don’t seem to rise up to the full 10 inches as much as the rest of the mattress. Overall im very pleased with this!

It is so firm , that I needed to sleep on it a few days , before I thought my kids could sleep on it when they visit. (Guest room mattress) I am annoyed that I ordered a 10 inch mattress and this is definitely NOT a 10 inch mattress, maybe an 8. Linda from Horsham, PA

We purchased this to replace the mattress in our guest room. We already have one in our master bedroom and in our cabin bedroom. Love them. So comfortable.

FIRM!!!!! First time using a foam mattress and I like have always had a firm spring mattress in the past. This one was extremely firm and takes some getting used to. I have put a thick pillow top mattress cover on top to soften the feel just a tad. Getting used to it and think I am liking it more every day.

Really comfortable and the perfect firmness. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is mattress height...definitely not 10 inches.

This mattress took a day to fully inflate. It’s a lot harder than I expected. Not very comfortable but it works for my 3 year olds room.
