We’ve had our couch about a week now and it’s gorgeous! It’s comfortable and spacious, both me and my husband can lay out comfortably with the little ones.. only downside was that we waited about month for it and it surpassed the “shipping window” we also had to end up driving 55 minutes both ways to pick it up ourselves from one of the shipping warehouses because they were trying to push delivery and other week or two out … Update! Article reached out right after my review and we received the best support ever, honestly never met a company that cares this much about their customers.. just for them to take that initiative so quickly meant so much! just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to the article team! you have a customer for life . <3 Take care

Such a comfy sofa!! Have piled on 4 (sometimes 5...snuggly) to watch movies and hang. Really nice and plush cushions.

The team did a great job getting it delivered and assembled. It looks great and is super comfy for two people to lay across. I really love the color. I do wish it was a little softer but I think with time we will work it in.

Sometimes you never know when ordering something online, but the couch arrived and it looks just as great as pictured online. It's amazing and seems like great quality!

Ran into some issues when the sofa was first delivered with a leg that failed and some quality control issues from the factory. Article sent replacement legs quickly and has been responsive and friendly in every interaction. I love the look and have been enjoying it.

This is a good sofa, except the color is significantly lighter than pictured - almost white. That doesn't work for me due to having dogs, when I tried to exchange for the green color they said they couldn't do it because I was a few days past the 30 day exchange window. I am pretty disappointed with the customer service and with the representation of the sofa in the photos.

It is a beautiful couch but it is not a comfortable one. Very firm, almost hard and quite deep.

Love the look of this sofa. After reading numerous reviews about how comfortable this sofa is, I was disappointed on the quality. The material is rough and the cushions are firm. I have read some other reviews about how the cushions don’t have fabric on both sides, so you can’t flip them. This is untrue. All cushions have the fabric on all sides. I just purchase two lounge chairs and hope they are comfortable????

I loved the look of this sofa, but it is stiff! I read that this was one of the softer Article sofas, but definitely no sink into a cloud feeling - not even close. It feels like an office sofa that you're not supposed to get too comfortable in, because you're supposed to work. The seats are also really long, so it's impossible to sit back and still have my feet on the ground (I'm 5'6"), even with throw pillows. Second guessing buying couches from online a bit. ...But it does look great in my living room!

Great looking sofa & great service, just note that the sofa cushions are hard to seat on, not soft.
