This was exactly what I wanted and needed for my space.

I love this couch! I have had it for two years now and figured it is time to write a review. The couch itself is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. I spend hours reading here and absolutely love it. The cushions have held up perfectly, however, this couch is super quick to stain. I got two marks on it early on and tried so hard to get them out and couldn't. The material does hide it well, so unless you were looking you probably wouldn't notice but it has affected how I use the couch. I am very careful eating there and put a blanket down on it if we are hosting - so not a great look. Finally, regarding pets. We have a dog and it fine, a couple scratches here and there but overall she was able to hop up and make minimal damage. Then last year we got two cats... they are very playful and while they don't scratch the couch on purpose, their playing has left quite significant scratches. Every 6 months, I have been using a leather paint on it to get it looking better and that definitely helps but word or warning to those with playful cats! I still love the couch, even with the cat scratches and honestly having it in less than perfect condition has been okay with me.

The delivery experience was terrible. The shipment arrived in one giant box that wouldn't fit through any normal sized door. The delivery guys, who were super helpful and friendly, had to unbox the sectional box on the pavement next to a road and then move it to my room. They said they had complained multiple times about this packaging issue, but seems like nothing has changed.

This furniture came so quickly and it is absolutely gorgeous. It’s heavy and the quality is fantastic. The delivery process went more smoothly than any delivery I’ve ever had. I received two different phone calls letting me know the team was on the way. They assembled the furniture and were gone in about 30 minutes, taking all boxes with them. These chairs are extremely comfortable, the couch is breaking in nicely and is very comfortable too.

I love it!!

First off, we ordered this couch and it arrived 40 hours later which is unheard of right now (we've been waiting on another one since May). I was thrilled when it arrived, delivery was friendly and smooth too. The couch is beautiful and soft to the touch. We put the couch in a less formal tv room so I was nervous about the comfort level but so far, it's been great for lounging. The seat itself is plenty wide and the back cushions are soft and squishable so my ever-wiggly children have plenty of room to move around and I'm not worried about anyone taking a tumble. Fin We're very happy with the purchase.

Love it! Slight delay due to COVID but still came before Christmas. Originally due Dec 14-16. Came on the 22nd. Two small postponements but came before last estimate. Text notification.

I wish I had more detailed information about the tracking and delivery of my order. It arrived later than the estimated timeframe. But the couch itself is so stunning. It is so beautiful and timeless. The quality of the leather is gorgeous and the bones are built strong. Looking forward to years with our Sven.

While quite expensive (not really for a leather couch of this quality though), this couch is amazing. Super comfortable, easy to clean, and looks just AMAZING.

First off, the couch is gorgeous. It was exactly what I was looking for in terms of style, color, comfort and size. However, the beauty of this purchase was far overshadowed by my awful experience with the delivery service Article contracts with, called Show Me Home Delivery (based out of KC and St. Louis). If you are in either of these areas, I would STRONGLY reconsider purchasing anything from Article. I ordered over $5,000 in furniture and it was absolutely painful getting these items delivered to me (for example, times/dates assigned to me by the delivery company with no option to change them, a scheduled day/time for delivery and the crew was a no-show, they had my furniture for over 3 weeks before they finally delivered it (and I had to initiate the delivery and stay on them to ensure it arrived). To add to the frustration, Article was very unhelpful in helping to back me up with these delivery issues. 3 contacts were made with Article asking for help: 1 phone call (the rep never got back to me with a follow-up), 1 email (it was never returned), and a 2nd email (my $50 delivery fee was refunded, with a promise that the rep would follow up with me on an update – no response). I was left on my own to hassle this delivery company to get my furniture – super disappointing all around, when I have ordered numerous other items for my new home from other retailers with all positive experiences. With the way Article handled everything, it’s 1 star for me.
