I’m writing a review again to show how this couch looks after I “fluff” the pillows. I was told it’s my fault the couch looks this way. So here’s an updated photo of how it looks when I try and have just fluffed it for a long time to try to give it life. It honestly was the talking piece at Christmas because my family couldn’t believe how much I paid for it and how uncomfortable it was to sit in. So disappointed and feel like nothing was done to make it better.

The couch is beautiful however it should have been built with middle leg supports as it is not sturdy in the middle with 2 people sitting on it each about 120lbs. The leather also gets random stains which we can't explain and we don't eat or drink on the couch, only way to clean is professionally.

I was so excited about this sofa. Unfortunately, I’m very sad to say- it’s not what I expected. The cushions sag, no matter what I do to encourage them to stay upright. The sag in the cushions ultimately effects the comfort level of the couch. Bummed, because the look of the couch is very appealing.

I've loved this sofa generally, but have been frustrated by the saggy cushions, that also seem to perpetually sink down and outward (back cushions) or slid forward and squeeze to the front (bottom cushions). I've tried every method and frequency of fluffing all the cushions including from the article.com FAQ. I've also tried velcro strips but nothing seems to work. What can I do to firm up the cushions and keep them in place?

Beautiful couch- kept beautiful over time even with pets. But the back support has been an issue from thr start. No matter how I stuff the cushions they don't provide enough support. Very disappointed with that, and obvious now that it's our primary couch. After researching how to add cushion we added stuffing from costco pillows we got (and it worked perfect and super cheap but only for bottom cushions). I wish there were larger back cushions to help support our necks and back.

The couch is (was) beautiful and all, but I live alone without pets and take very good care of my things. I've had the couch a little over a year now, and the cushions are so saggy! Like I can't even lean back on them anymore without adding pillows. It's weird because the cushion in the furthest corner from where I usually sit/lay is in the worst condition, has completely lost fluffiness for some reason. I was really expecting more from a couch thats barely used by one person... it looks like I've had it for generations already and that's not because of the lived-in feel it's supposed to have :(

I loved the color and look of this. The previous reviews were good but not for me. This sofa is the worst. It has no support, the cushions after a few months are flat even after plumping up every day. It stains easy and does not clean up. I feel like I ma sitting in torture and strain to get up from this too low sofa. I hate this sofa. It has no support and actually creates more discomfort sitting in it. I tired pillow behind the back and under the seat cushions to give it "plump" and support. This made it look like it was pitching forward and did not work. It is so uncomfortable, I REALLY regret this purchase, a total waste of money. It is only months old and already looks like crap.

Beautiful, soft leather, very comfortable, super easy to assemble.

It is a very beautiful couch and my initial impression after unboxing was to love it. Ours came with a little scuff on the leather where it is peeling a bit (very small, pencil eraser size). It is not noticeable enough to return it but if I saw this in a store I would have asked for another couch. The main reason it is getting 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 which it really deserves though is the lack of stuffing in the cushions. I get they are going for a comfy relaxed couch, but you just sink right into them and this is on day 1. I can't imagine how flat the cushions will be in a couple of years once they have been lived in. I wish they added a little more stuffing. I still do like the couch a lot and I am not sure if I will return it, but if we keep it I will have to figure out how to fill the cushions a little. If you like a soft seat you will love this, but if you want something average or more firm, you may want a different couch.

This is the second Nirvana couch we purchased. We were so happy with the first we decided to buy a second to round out our space.

Lovely to look at but I wouldn't choose this (if I could choose again) for a main living area. It doesn't stand up well to use. I get that they're going for the slouchy look, but it isnot comfortable for sitting on for long periods and I can tell I'm ging to have ot get the seat cushions restuffed in the relatively near future, which makes the value for money worse that anticipated (not to mention the hassle). Looks great, but overall disappointing performance and I don't know if I will buy from aritcle again, despite fantastic customer service.
