After months of searching, I thought I had finally found the rug that would fit perfectly in my home office. However, after a few months I started to notice that it was wearing in spots, pilling and threads were coming out. Despite great attention to rotating the rug the issues continued. I am once again in the process of rug shopping. I still love the looks of the rug, but it is not for a high traffic, high usage room.

I got this rug for my son's room, we LOVE it, it's soft and has a ton of color in it, which doesn't show up in the pics. We liked the colors for his room, but if you think this is just black and gold, it is def not. That being said, it was the perfect choice for us.

I saw this online and after reading the reviews, went and looked at it in store. There is blue threaded through the black, and the gold has multicolored strands through out. I didn't think I would like it in person but it's truly gorgeous! It's very soft and luxurious. It's day one, so no shedding yet, but this rug won't get a lot of abuse so I'm not worried about that. If you have any doubts go take a look at the rug in person. You'll love it!

I bought this rug but returned it. The quality was amazing, however the site didn’t accurately display the true coloring. I was looking for black, white, and gold. It actually has several other colors.

I bought this rug a few months ago and it looks stunning- however, it sheds the minute you walk on it. It looks terrible- looks like it’s going to have nothing left if it continues. I bought this rug for my second home as well. Looks good, great colors but sheds!

I loved this rug online and waited months to get it. Unfortunately, it is very thin and looks quite cheap in person. It’s also started unraveling around the edges a bit. Very disappointed especially considering the proc-point.

I've had this about a month now and I love it! Great price for a wool rug but soft wool, Plush and comfortable. against the manufacturer's recommendations I let my robot vacuum go over it and its sheds (as all wool rugs do) but seems to hold up fine. I would be worried about a super strong vacuum though. Over all just what I was looking for - warm white/cream color, mostly black with a fleck of blue gives it dimension.

This is a soft flexible rug seems like it could stretch with heavy furniture placement. I feel like the beater bar of the vacuum would destroy the fibers of the rug or make them split and fray. My rug was more blue than the cream color - so it appears much darker. I chose to use a rug pad to hold it in place.

This is the third rug we have bought from Crate and Barrel! Always great quality products, something we can trust. This was the first time I used the picture it in the room feature on the website while shopping, it was a blast and it turned out exactly as I had pictured it! The rug isn’t exactly what I expected close up but look ms like the stock photo when you back away from it. I would recommend to others

I bought this Rug 6 months ago, and loved the pattern of it. However, I've come to regret my decision. It really sheds like a dog. The colour blend means that sheded blue bits end up on the while and vice versa which makes it look dirty overall. The yarn is also very poorly twisted, so when vacuumed or used often, it ends up looking like a cashmere sweater that mistakenly went in the washing machine. Best picked for a rarely used area of the house with very low foot traffic, you know, if you live in a mansion.
