The first one was that I ordered the soil was spilled out into the and the planter pot was cracked. It was disappointing.I got in touch with Wayfair and the did fix the problem for me.So my new plant came 3 days later and its thriving nice.So Im happy with the new one.i will put it in a different planter because the one it comes with looks cheap.

Very flimsy and cheap container. Plant is fine but I had been hoping to pop this right on a shelf - now I need to buy a separate pot

Cup is VERY cheap, and the packaging wasn’t great. The box did not indicate which side was up, so the dirt all came loose and the roots were exposed and crushed some. Overall, way overpriced for the quality of product received.

Honestly, I thought I had purchased a faux snake plant, but when it got here I realized it was real. I thought "great, I'm going to kill this thing". But, 2 months later and its already sprouted another leaf thingy! I can't believe how easy it is to take care of! Just a little bit of water every 2 weeks and minimal sun is all it needs. Looks super cute on my coffee table in a ceramic pot.

Very small and the vase is cheap plastic.
