The pillow looks floppy because the insert is too small... I recommend getting an insert 2" larger than the pillow sham. I did not exchange the product because CB2 doesn't offer free returns.

I was hoping the down-alternative insert that came with this pillow would be the same as the other accent pillows I have from CB2. It's really flat compared to my others and almost seems a little small. The cover itself is a nice quality though and has a saturated color.

A professional will tell you that a 20” pillow cover should never come with a 20” insert, you should always use at least 2” larger. I ended up replacing the inserts with 24” pillows just to fill them out properly. Without larger inserts, the linen fabric was quick to wrinkle, and frankly, looked sloppy.

I loved the price, but the pillow could use a bit more stuffing to stay sturdy. I have heavier pillows on the couch, next to these, and these pillows tend to collapse. Fortunately, they are on the living room couch which doesn't get used as much as the family room. I'd say they were just okay.

The pillow cover is very well made and has a beautiful quality fabric. The feather down insert however is barely there, very little of it, it's going back, I'm going to get a bettter insert!!!!

We bought two of these to go with a very comfy - the kind you sink into - sofa and have beed very pleased. The cover is simple and feels nice to the touch; the insert, though at first seemed a bit small, has just the right amount of give and has been great for support while reading with little ones.
