I purchased this frame (26 x 32) about five months ago. It's not the greatest quality, the frame is quite flimsy and the sawtooth hangers don't feel secure. Now, the top of the frame is bowing. Unfortunately, I'll probably have to replace this frame in the near future.

Good quality and design, but mounting is not great

I paired this gold 4x6 with the black 5x7 and have them propped on a shelf - they look great together and very trendy. Another small detail I love are the high quality clasps on the back.

Very nice looking frame, but unfortunately is too flimsy to hold the weight of the glass. After about 4 months on the wall, the top and bottom have bowed out quite badly, to the point that I can see wall between the frame and glass at the top. Trying to find a good solution to correct this problem, as I had a new matte cut to fit our art.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Others criticized the lack of hanging mechanism and the company replied to them the sawtooth hanger needs to be purchased separately. Well it was built into the one I got so must be a redesign in response to the criticism.

I love this frame except the matte is cut exactly to 18x24 which makes an 18x24 impossible to frame without an edge showing or the print popping out. Usually a matte is cut a tiny bit smaller to hold the print down. I will end up having to get a new matte for the frame. Very frustrating since this is a pretty expensive frame.

This has been hanging on my wall for a year without a problem. It's lightweight and easy to put together. I wish there were better mounts and it was a little more sturdy in terms of durability.

I purchased 4 of these frames, and was really disappointed with what I received. The wood is flimsy. The mats were cut to the exact size listed and can't hold the 18x24 posters I bought them for. I had to have all new mats cut. AND, only half of the clips that hold the back stay in place. I had to buy all new mounting hardware as well. I expected a LOT more considering the cost. I highly recommend buying another frame.

I love the look of this frame. However, the sawtooth mounts on the 11x14 frame are too flimsy for the weight of the frame. I had one fall and break, tried to contact customer service and nobody reached out to me.

I got these frames for a series of artworks. They look WONDERFUL in the frames, couldn't be more happy about the look. It's absolutely perfect. But I had to buy custom cut mattes because they cut the matte to be EXACTLY the same size as the artwork and I couldn't finagle the artwork in a way where it looked nice. It actually looked terrible. The back is also very questionable. I wasn't sure the "sturdy" cardboard they used was going to hold the frame on the wall. Very scary honestly. I put these over my bed so, it's def a matter of safety.

I bought two of these, and they are well made & beautiful in person.

I bought a black and white print a few months ago and then spent ages trying to choose a frame. Other places had similar frames , or ones that are all walnut, for double the price. I was nervous that the oversized mat would look odd with my picture but I love it! I chose the biggest size and it really makes my print pop in a simple, elegant way.
