Ivory vs Slate: A Modern Coastal Living & Dining Room

The living room is inviting in this design, bringing in a contemporary glam style that provides a kid-friendly family space. In this design, the living room has a gray oversize sectional placed over a rug that instantly adds warmth to space. The TV unit is on the opposite end of the living room, where two open ladder bookcases frame the console and TV. The dining area by the kitchen is in a pure white color palette. Overall, you will see pops of bluish grays that bring in color and contrast to the light colors in both spaces. We’ve added a storage ottoman for toy storage and baskets for toy storage and other necessities.
