Blue & Inviting: A Transitional Coastal Living Room

The center of attention in this coastal living room is the minimalistic sectional from Macy's. For texture, depth, and comfort, we added a pile of throw pillows on the couch that can be removed if needed. A modern bohemian-style rug adds drama to the room while bringing out the colors from the accent wall. We added a console to the left of the fireplace that helps lighten up your space. There's also a bar unit behind the sectional and paired it with a faux fig tree to add height and color. At last, this living room has plenty of storage options without being too obvious – the bookcase, the antique double dresser, the cocktail ottoman, and storage baskets.
