Modest Yet Polished: A Mid-Century Home Office

For this home office design, we selected a sleeper sofa along the alcove wall – the best option for a place to relax and read a book or for clients to unwind. We paired the couch with two glass tables keeping the space open and airy and added ceramic table lamps for extra lighting. We kept the wall a very light neutral tone and have brought in pops of colors through the window dressing and the accent pillows, which instantly add a spark of color. The desk is placed along the longer wall, paired with a stylish leather chair and a sizeable neutral piece of art to make the home office look more personal. To the left of the desk, we provided a floor mirror with an additional accent pouf that can be used to put feet up or for extra seating. Lastly, we added a large open bookcase to store books and décor.
