Midnight Walls & Floating Nightstands: A Modern Rustic Bedroom

We created a stylish and very functional modern bedroom that focuses on extra storage and jewel tones. The walls in a midnight blue hue bring character to the bedroom, and the vintage heavily printed rug that grounds space helps tie all the modern elements together. We incorporated a small workstation in one end of the bedroom that complements the cozy reading nook in a daisy white hue. The floating nightstands steal all attention, and we simply have fallen in love with the compact dresser that dominates one end of this bedroom’s space. The walls are alive and glistening with art prints that match the pillows and throws seen scattered on the comfy oak bed.

I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up.
