I was looking for some smaller flocked trees for to put above our pantry and these are perfect! I really like the downswept look of the snow on these and they have plenty of lights. I wanted to keep the look of heavy snow, so I only fluffed them enough to get the square edges out due to the packing from the boxes. However you could easily make these into a fuller look if that is what you are after. I purchased this one as well as two of the 24" trees to go along with it. I will say the smaller trees seem to have a bit more stability on the base than the 3' tree, but these are up high enough where the cats can't attack them so it was not a problem for us.
