I was very excited about this headboard, the style is as pictured…unfortunately I will be returning this because the material is a cheap velvet.

With this headboard- I actually think I’m sleeping better I just feel like the plush and cozy feeling I get from the upholstered headboard is what my bed needed. I assembled myself easily star taken away for the fact It’s slightly wobbly coming from the top I guess because of the height - even with my husband tightening the screws after my attempts.

Easy to put together and looks beautiful!

This piece is better than I expected it to be. The color - light gray - was just what I expected. It is well made. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because how hard it was to mount to the bed. The length of the screws that were supplied to be used to attach the upright posts to the back of the headboard were too long. My husband had to go to the local big box DIY place to purchase the right length. Then, mounting the posts to the bed frame was very very hard. For our bed frame, at least, we needed my slim fingers to get the washer and nut on the back of the screw. It was very tricky. But it was worth it. Here are before and after pics. Still need to paint room and other things, but you get the general improvement! Pros: Well made, looks great! Cons: tricky to mount.

Looks very nice and it's sturdy even if not connected to the wall.
