Best furniture purchase of the year for me. Tremendous quality. Yay!

The coloring is more grey than taupe. I really wish the backboard was adjustable so I could still use a box spring. The bed frame sits insanely low. I suppose that’s my fault for not measuring though.

Some of the holes did not match with the wooden panels that hold up the bed, so some of the struts cannot be inserted. Also some of the holes did not match with the wooden panels that hold the mattress. Furthermore, the panels of the bed were longer than the actual bed. Lastly, one of the inserts on the headboard came out so the strut could not be placed to hold the headboard up. It was a disaster.

Product is great. But delivery has not been good.

There are pretty massive gaps from my mattress and the frame. With no ability to adjust. It makes it look fairly awkward and not the tailored look I was expecting for the price point.

Love our new bed and I am sure our guests will too! Pretty easy to put together. My hubbie and I did it in an hour or so. Only awkward part was the legs since the allen key would not fit to turn in one part.

Looks lovely. Pretty good quality materials. But during assembly, nothing lines up! Everything is off by a little bit, and when that involves connecting 8 pieces with about 40 screws, that add up to a lot of frustration. You can opt either for the frame to align properly or the internal supports to align properly, but not both. And good luck screwing in parts that aren't aligned -- I probably shed 5 lbs just from turning a allen wrench for 2 hours with about 100 lbs of force to get the screws to turn. Please take more care to machine your parts properly. You'll see on these reviews I am far from the only person with these issues.

I love the design but it was hard to assemble. I am pretty handy and normally have no problem with assembly but this one needed to be aligned just right to make it work. one of the screws still was loose and never fitted right so we just ended up leaving it that way..

I absolutely love this bed frame. First off it’s a literal tank. I feel like this would be the safest place in the house when the big one hits. It’s so sturdy. It looks fantastic in my bedroom. And I’m excited about building the style of my room around it. The headboard itself is very comfortable. And it looks really nice. So here’s the very few drawbacks. (Or minor complaints I should say) I wish the Allen wrench provided had fit better with the bolts. I’m going to go out on a limb and call them hex head bolts. I don’t think there is a way to get around the more awkward reach issues with some of the bolts, but it seemed like the wrench didn’t fit well and that really contributed to making it more difficult to tighten them down. I was worried a couple of times that I was going to strip the bolts and never be able to remove them and that even if I moved, this bed frame would live in this house forever. It also made it take longer to just get a good connection between the bolts and the Allen wrench, so it just took a lot of time to assemble the bed. But I was also working alone and they recommend working with someone. The other draw back is that the material on the headboard does snag fairly easily. I have two cats who were else very excited about my new bed frame and instantly hopped up and ran over to attach themselves to the headboard, snagging multiple spots on the sides and top. I was surprised by this after all the mentions online about how durable the fabric is. (I do understand they are cats and cats snag furniture, but I cut their nails frequently, and I locking them out of the room with the new pretty, so they didn’t have much access to the frame). I was able to fix the majority of the snags, so it worked out fine. And again, I really love this frame. I’ve already ordered two additional pieces by Article and I need to get at least two more in the next week or so. I’m 90% sure I will be ordering them from Article as well. Oh, and so far their customer service has been excellent. I have read so many horror stories online about some of the other company’s out there, I feel really lucky this is who I ended up ordering from. Please excuse the bareness of my room in the photos.
