This is just a beautiful couch. It feels solid and the fabric is high quality. All my questions and concerns were addressed by live support using the chat function on the web page. Overall, a great couch and great support behind it.

Price range on the high side but you get what you pay for. Packaging alone you know it’s premium, quality of the materials is top notch. I definitely recommend.

The couch looks lovely! Concerned the pillows won’t look lovely for very long though. They deflate anytime anyone sits down. We fluff, but after every use? Doesn’t seem like they’ll look nice long term.

Really happy with this sofa, but a few things to note before purchasing. The blue is bluer in person (we ordered swatches so knew in advance). this sofa is not very deep, which we noticed instantly after switching from our old one. We decided to purchase the ottoman after the fact to make it more comfortable. After getting used to that, we are really pleased.

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but these couches are amazing! The color goes perfect with my house and they are super comfortable. The customer service was also great. I'm definitely going to come back to buy other pieces of furniture. Prices are a bit high, but I've learned that for quality you have to pay...

The sofa was a bit firm at first but we are already used to it. It's very comfy to lay down on. Colour is beautiful and accurate as displayed on the website

The couch is firm yet comfortable, the color matches the website pictures perfectly, dimensions were correct, and assembly was no problem. Very pleased with my purchase and will likely buy more from Article in the future

The delivery service was very good. The couch fabric is amazing (high quality). The colour is beautiful and very easy to match. The size is perfect for 2 people to snuggle. The down side of it is that the couch is too soft for us. We can't lay down on it for too long because it hurts our back. If it was firmer, it would be the perfect couch! :)"

I had a few questions before purchasing my first sofa, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful. The delivery team updated me as they arrived at my building and brought our heavy Nova sofa right to the door. The assembly was quick and the sofa has been a joy to sit on--and it looks fabulous with our mix of antique and mid-century style furniture! I can tell that it will need to be lint-rolled frequently, especially because we have a dog, but I couldn't resist the color. The fabric is soft and I hope long-wearing! it’s not that this couch doesn’t look great, it really does. it’s how uncomfortable it is. the back isn’t high enough to rest your upper back or head, the sides aren’t high enough to rest your arms, and it’s not wide enough for two people to lay down. here is a couch that you can use for sitting up straight with your feet on the ground and hands in your lap. not for a comfy family room. my guest literally opted for the floor last night.

I love love love my Nova sofa and ottoman. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is beautiful, the right amount of firm vs. soft ( seat cushions are perfect firmness for sitting, back cushions are nice and squishy). It looks fantastic in my home and the delivery process was easy (though the service did not call ahead to let me know they were coming, as they stated they would). I've only had it for a week and I would've given it the rating of "amazing," but I am starting to see how it may be difficult to keep clean & looking new. I'm a huge neat freak, so this is maybe overly important to me, but I also am a bit of a minimalist and try to take really good care of my things. I'm hoping to figure out a way to keep the sofa looking good, as vacuuming isn't doing as much as I'd hoped. I have a dog who is not allowed on furniture, but his hair seems to really stick in the weave of the sofa, and just sitting on the sofa is really crushing the weave. The sofa cushions are starting to look pretty different from the ottoman cushion, and it's only been a week. I hope this sofa will last a long time, because it's basically perfect, so time will tell as far as durability goes. The cushions are all flippable, so I hope to get more use out of each of them as they become worn from use.

This sofa was more that what I was initially wanting to spend, however, it is beautiful and obviously very high quality.

Very firm, but has stayed in shape for more than two years. I really wish it was a more-comfortable sofa, but it was a good investment.
