Sturdy lamp. The dimmer switch is perfect. Good height. Came with a light bulb already. You can install with just the cage and/or the hood. I decided on keeping both, just as pictured. But if I wanted more light, I would remove the top hood and just use the cage.

Love this lamp. It is heavy and sturdy. The wire shade pivots so to direct the light elsewhere when needed. It is also a dimmer. I love the modern yet mid century look. Very classy and professional.

I got the dark bronze lamp and I love how the lamp looks! Only two small issues are the lamp head is technically adjustable, but because of the weight of it, it does not hold in an "up" position. Also, it's darker than I thought the pictures showed. Otherwise the knob and dimmer work which was what I mostly wanted.

It fits my new decor very well. I wish it was taller though. It sits behind a chair in the corner, so just put it on a small table.

Love shopping with Wayfair, easier to shop online than go to store to store. Very happy with my lamp!
