Gorgeous pillows. Plus comfy to actually use!

I received my pillows with a harsh mold and mildew smell. After a week of airing out, the smell is still there. The pillows have unfinished sewing and holes along the seam of the zipper. There's a random, frayed tag sticking out one side of one of the pillows. I was so excited for these pillows and disappointed that I have to throw away and wait for my replacements for November/December delivery.

Excellent service and quality product and style. Only disappointment this time was that the pillows were not the same colour as previously ordered - very different. But, I was offered a choice of a discount the price or return. Generous offer, but could not keep as colour not useful-very dark (almost brown). Thank you.
