It’s slim and narrow so it’s pretty good for small spaces. Assembly took me about 1.5 hours and instructions were pretty easy to understand. One of the drawers is slightly crooked.

An absolute pain to put together. Looks nice but the drawers don’t slide well. Not a decent quality product.

Looks nice, seems sturdy. Wood color is exactly as shown in online photos. The corners don't fit perfectly, drawers are a little uneven and hard to close completely, but overall I'm pleased with the look for the low price.

This is a very attractive desk that looks pretty much exactly as pictured. Our box arrived with some damage to one corner, however, the desk itself was undamaged. There's a fair bit of styrofoam packaging and some of this disintegrated in the box which meant that we had to spend 20 minutes or so wiping and vacuuming off the clinging styrofoam granules particularly from the greased drawer mechanisms (which were curiously not wrapped in plastic). The desk construction itself was fairly straightforward (the instruction guide is very well done and almost all desk parts are labeled with alphabetic stickers). As with most furnishings, there are a lot of screws, dowels, and bolts involved in the assembly and it took me about two hours to get it all together (and I know what I'm doing). You'll need a Philips head screwdriver, a flat head screwdriver, and the included hex key (the guide recommends not using a power screwdriver and so I hand tightened everything). While fairly lightweight (about 40 lbs; lightness primarily due to the tubular metal frame), the desk appears strong and rigid when complete. As mentioned by other reviewers here, the drawer fronts are not identically aligned. The right drawer front on my desk was slightly misaligned relative to the left but not in a particularly significant way (I fiddled a bit with the mechanism that locks the drawer front to the rest of it and this improved the alignment). I did find that the left drawer didn't initially slide all the way into its compartment as the right drawer did. The reason for this was that the back of the drawer was hitting the rubber stopper at the end of the drawer slide mechanism a bit too early. I simply tapped the drawer stoppers for the left drawer backward a bit with a hammer and that fixed the problem. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the drawers work and they are nice and wide and tall enough for standard office supplies (pens, paper, paper clips, staples, post-it notes, etc). The 48" width of the desk is great. The 19" depth is okay but another three or four inches would have been nice. Notwithstanding that, we have a 27" monitor on the desk with a 16" Macbook Pro and external keyboard and mouse and it all fits reasonably well. The wood veneer finish is actually very nice and, on first glance, looks like solid wood. The color is as gorgeous as the stock photos indicate. Note that the drawers rob you of some under tabletop leg space (about 3"). If you're under 5'10" or so, this is unlikely to be a problem. If you're quite tall and you like to cross your legs while you work, well, you'll need to get used to not doing that. All in all though, for the (closeout) price, this is an outstanding desk and an exceptional bargain.

I am very happy about this desk! The shipment was a bit delayed, but was delivered with no damage to the box or parts. It took me about 2 hours to put it together by myself (it could have been shorter, but I was also watching tv). The instructions were easy to follow. It’s a great price point, and offers the look and surface space that I was looking for. The desk drawers are sizable and hold a lot of items that were taking up space on my old desk. I now have space for my second laptop, coffee cup and large water bottle and still have loads of surface space. I also love that it has a finished back to the desk since I knew it would not be placed against the wall. That aspect alone was a top priority when I was searching. This is a definite recommendation!

It looks great and was easy to assemble. However, the "wood" surface is just printed paper. Very convincing, really! As soon as my child left a piece of tape on the edge, then removed it the paper came back with the tape. The desk was only a week old when it happened!

Great desk for working at home. Price was well within budget. Shipping was free. Box is heavy, it arrived within 3 days. Desk was put together in 30 minutes, which included organizations of parts. Has two drawers. Although not real wood looks like wood. Sturdy iron legs. Would recommend this desk.

Super flimsy, wobbles easily, but the worst thing is the drawers arnt alligned. Maybe i put it in incorrectly idk but i have to stare at it all day.

This is exactly what my husband wanted!! Took over 2 hours to put together and a phone call to customer service to get help with getting the drawers to go in but it came together!!

Perfect for a make up vanity. One drawer is a little off but I really think I only notice it.

The desk is extremely functional with lots of work and storage space. The ONLY reason why I'm giving it 3-stars is because of the handles. The corner edge of these handles are ultra point and sharp. ANY time my clothes brush up against the handles from getting up or sitting down, the clothing gets caught on the pointy ends. Several articles of clothing I wore have ripped because of this.

Great desk for the price! It’s held up well over a few months of use. The back brace on the bottom spins but that could easily be related to an error in assembly. Our teenager uses this sporadically as a desk for remote school and so far, so good!

1 star for quality (I know, I know, you get what you pay for, but quality is just really bed, missing pieces, some parts were not labeled. Some panels were missing holes for screws). Other then that the desk is gonna serve it’s purpose. Not planing on using drawers much, I think if I do they will break.

Just what I was needing ..easy assembly

I have mixed feelings about this desk. Lots of other reviewers have said that the desk is larger than what they expected. It feels a little small to me. I have just enough room for a laptop and monitor and a few decorations. My main critique of this desk is that there isnt a lot of under-desk room for your legs. I have a chair that isnt particularly tall, but I have to have it on its lowest setting to get my legs underneath, and crossing your legs under the desk is pretty much out of the question. The wood is good looking though, and the black metal pieces feel sturdy and like they will last for a while. I think the aesthetic of the desk is enough for me to cut it some slack for being a little small and short. But overall I enjoy the desk and am glad I bought it.

Looks nice and works for what I need. Like everyone else, my drawers are tough to close but work fine. I wish the material was nicer however for the price.
