Very happy with purchase

When I originally bought the rug, I received a message that it had been shipped. I waited a couple of weeks and never received it. Granted it was over the holidays, so I thought it was just delayed. I contacted customer service and received a response within a few hours. They apologized and immediately ordered and shipped me a new rug. It arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rug. For being a low cost, washable rug, I didn't set high expectations. However, the color, feel, and durability exceeded what I thought I would get. I've already bought another rug!

This is my third Ruggable...the first with the thicker pad. I loooove it in my living room! I haven't had to wash it yet but expect it to respond as well as my other two

Love the thicker mat and love the wash-ability. But I do wish I got a darker color.

The rug came rolled up and in a long rectangular box. The packaging was terrific, and the rug plus the extra plush pad underneath have created a warm, and welcoming vibe in our guest room. It's perfect for winter, or any season.

Looks great. Takes a minute to get the lining right when first putting it down. But once it’s down it stays and looks great.
