I regret buying this sofa. Very uncomfortable. Really low to the ground. And I only had this sofa for two months and it’s been pulling and getting all fuzzy. I hoped for a better experience.

As others have said, the couch looks great when it's new but pills very quickly and very severely. The couch is about 1.5yr old (Out of warranty by about 6 months) but looks much older and worn due to the pilling. When contacting customer service about the issue we were told they could only offer replacement covers at an unspecified discount since it was out of warranty. This doesn't seem worth it since they will likely pill and wear just as quickly. Overall, very disappointing since we'll be needing to buy a new couch much sooner than expected.

, packaging was perfect and the sofa itself was even cooler than I had hoped it would be. I love it. Update after 3 months: Still love it, it's so handsome in my space. However, I am very concerned with the durability of the fabric. I am not talking about the inevitability of it not being as crisp white over time, but the fabric is pilling and fuzzing. I am pretty disappointed with the amount of fuzz and pilling on the seat cushions. It's not like this couch is in a high abuse household either. It's me and a roommate who work a lot. Are the cushion panels replaceable? Is this feedback you have gotten? This is the first nice piece I've spent money on in years and don't want it to look old in less than 6 months.

We bought the Ceni Armchair in volcanic grey in early 2018, and love it, good quality. When we ordered the Ceni Sofa in white this year, we were disappointed that the new sofa didn’t have the same quality or feel of the chair from 4 years ago. Not sure if it is the quality of the foam or stuffing, but it seems softer and the upholstery seems sloppier. The white fabric isn’t as nice as the volcanic either, seems thinner and less durable. That said, it was a good price, and still a nice looking sofa. We figure we will replace the foam and stuffing for the cushions in time if it gets any softer over the years.

Legs didn't fit on assembly, couch sits to low, it creaks, and the fabric pills a lot

Loved it at first. Great design, color and however I am little skeptical about quality comparing to price. I think should have gone with leather or other fabric sofa.

Great couches, but they are so very easily stained. And when they do, even if you get it out it looks gray or dirty and like there is a mark there. I had them professionally clean three times and finally they just said it’s the material of the couch, it’s so stiff it doesn’t take on water well and cannot be cleaned. So if you have children a pet, or even wear dark jeans I would stay far away from the white in this couch. Sadly after just over a year of owning we will have to get rid of it. (Because it looks that bad), but comfort wise, they were nice while they lasted.

At first we loved the couch but after 2-3 months we noticed significant amounts of piling and creek sounds when getting up and sitting down from the springs. Please read the reviews as they are representative of the quality.

I had to come back to update this review because there is so much piling on the sofa now. Not sure what to do since I’ve only had it for 5 months and it already looks pretty worn. Everything about this purchase went smoothly. The original sofa I wanted was out of stock but after receiving this one I’m really happy I got it. Also fits 3 people very comfortably

Love the sofa! Low profile and easy to assemble the legs!

Couch developed significant pilling in only 5 months of light use. I've had this sofa for 5 months and for most of that time had the cushions covered by a blanket to protect it from daily wear and tear. We only take it off when company comes over which during covid has been almost never and even with those precautions significant pilling has occured on the cushions.

Couch looks amazing

I've used this Ceni off-white sofa for 14 months now. I'm in a love-hate relationship with it. Here's why: LOVE IT FOR - The texture, the colour, the earthy feeling it brings to my room. The woodwork is sturdy. It's solid! HATE IT FOR - Being too low, could've been higher. The fabric is already fuzzy, I have to use a fabric shaver every few days.

I want to love this sofa. I do love it, in theory, but the reality has been a definite disappointed. It doesn’t get much use, but it’s pilling on the seat cushions and unraveling along the bottom, both very noticeable. It also feels unstable on hard floors- we have an area rug under the front of it which seems to add more stability.

Beautiful sofa, but very low to ground and tiny. I wanted to love this so much because it was so beautiful, but it was just too small for my space. This would be perfect for a smaller room or lower ceilings.
