Extremely difficult to put together, I had to bend metal pieces to be able to make screws fit the hole. I feltfeel very intimidated by Wayfair. I’ve been told my account was flagged due to the numerous items I call and complain about. If I receive items that aren’t damaged or wrong items, I wouldn’t have to constantly call. I was told that items shipped out to me will be inspected but obviously that isn’t the case since all six chairs I ordered came with unrepairable markings. Every single chair has these indents and dark spots that can’t be removed.

The replacement stools that were sent are worse than the originals. Material is flawed on each stool one of the holes in a leg is not large enough for the screw to go into

I ordered these stools in spite of the overwhelming reviews that they were “extremely” difficult to put together. I’m not sure if the company responded to all the complaints and made them easier to assemble or what but I surely didn’t run into the same complications. These stools are beautiful just as I imagined and they are working out just fine! Glad I ordered them!

I was very excited to get these stools. But they are packaged in such a way that the fabric gets damaged. There is cardboard and styrofoam that digs into the fabric of the stool which causes discoloration and divots in the velvet fabric. I tried just giving it time and scrubbing the area to see if the marks would disappear but they do not. This is not preventable unless they completely change the way these are packaged. Wayfair sent me another set after I sent pictures of the damage but the second set came in even worst condition as the first. These marks are extremely noticeable from whatever angle so if it will bother you to see the marks do not get this item. They are also a pain to put together and the instructions are not great and after putting a few together I realized that putting the order they suggested is not the easiest way to do it. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THR PRICE.

The instructions are wrong for putting this together which was a pain. I was able to figure it out eventually but it wasn’t easy. Steps 1- Flip the seat over and figure out which way the bracket mounts onto the chair. There’s only one way. Then I marked which two were the back legs. 2- Two of the legs are actually slightly different than the other two you have to determine which legs belong in the back for this to work. I found that the rubber on the bottom of the stool looks slightly bigger and may be a little bit more gray than black. Mark which legs you chose as the back in case they are the wrong ones. 3- Once you have the legs in do not bought them in yet. Take the foot bar and get that put into position first. This is really tough to do and it only works if you have the right legs in the right place which is why you need to note them. 4- Once the foot bar is in place flip the stool over and bowl the legs in. 5- Once that’s done you can then mount the legs to the chair. The chairs are really cute and a good deal I just wish the instructions were correct and that the items were marked properly for easy installation. Which is why I only gave at three stars.

Very durable! The parts could have been labeled to help with assembly but once we figured it out it was easy to put together and they look great and feel very sturdy!

Pretty but not comfy. Instructions were terrible and the stools were frustrating to put together (I normally do okay with furniture). I wouldn’t buy them again.

Love these chairs. They delivered quickly and just what I need for my remodeled kitchen. I’m not going to lie, putting it together was not that easy. My cousin came by and we tag teamed it. There is a video that helps a little. I did spray paint the legs bronze to make it pop.

A little wobbly, but fashionably and relatively comfy for the price.

The chairs are great. They look fancy. My only thing is that I was pretty disappointed that 1 of the 4 chairs I purchased was defective. Yes Wayfair sent me product to replace it but it took me a while to realize that it was defective. For the price that I paid I’d hope that the product was carefully checked for quality. Looks amazing. Was annoying of course to find that the parts were defective even after using a dremmel to try to fix the defective part

Assembly was easy once you realize the instructions aren’t correct and that there’s a video that shows you easy assembly. I don’t build things and I was able to assemble these chairs all by myself. They are beautiful and sturdy. Sorry I didn’t post a better pic since I had just assembled them and took the picture lol. But I love them. They don’t scratch my hardwood either which I love.

Very nice counter stools. They are a good size, comfortable, and support your back.

The barstools are beautiful!! Super sturdy and are really comfortable. They add a beautiful pop of color to our apartment!

Gorgeous!!! A pain to put together but so pretty in my white kitchen

The legs of the chair came scratched. Disappointing considering how much I paid. The end look is not too shabby though. The seats are small for anyone not tiny and I wish the backs of the chairs were higher. I am overall pleased and I would buy again. I wish we got discounts for scratches though.

Love these chairs! They were very simple to put together. Everything came ready to go in the box all the tools and the manual. I ordered another set as well to add to my bar. Very happy with my purchase!

Ordered these for my kitchen bar. The velvet seat came damaged and the other set did not have the right pieces. I had to send both back. Very disappointed. Material also not worth the price
