Love the chairs and they are so classic and versatile. Very disappointed however that the rattan is unraveling from one of the chairs. We have used them very little and were surprised by the quality.

I Bought these and received two days ago. Just got a text reminding me not to leave these "outdoor" chairs outdoors. I guess I should have read the care instructions before purchase letting me know they are not suitable to be outside unless it never rains or gets cold? By this standard all furniture is outdoor furniture...a living room couch is suitable for the outdoors as long as you bring in if there is inclement weather, how about a bed? Not at all happy.

I bought these chairs a month ago and while they look good initially, the rattan weave has already come undone. I have written to CB2 to rectify the issue and there has been no response back from customer service.

The chairs are pretty, but very small and uncomfortable. The seat is only 14 inches from the ground. Not fit for a taller person. We returned them.

My chairs just arrived and I am in love with them! They are beautifully made, very high quality, especially for the price. They are elegant and extremely comfortable. The only thing missing would be an optional cushion that would fir the tapered seat. Otherwise, perfection.

I love the design, these chairs are stunnas! BUT I’m really bummed that the wire rattan has unraveled on 3 of them! CB replaced the first one, but now 2 more have done the same thing.
