cratered in the center the very first day! my poor dog cant lie flat. he looks miserable! it is large but not firm at all. The picture they show is not the same bed-the dog is not sitting in a large hole. If I had known I would not have bought it. If it had been what you were led to believe - it would have been worth the money. they should use a different picture to portray the product. I feel duped!
