Do not buy this chair. It is uncomfortable. I've experienced pain in my wrists, legs, and back. Also, it squeaks. I'll be calling customer service for support.

I purchased this chair for my home office. I was pleased when I received it as it is a beautiful looking chair. Unfortunately this chair is all looks and no comfort. The chair offers minimal back support and it feels like I'm sitting on a little mound that slopes on all sides. So uncomfortable! I find that I'm constantly readjusting the way I'm sitting in order to get comfortable but it never happens. It saddens me that this chair is not meeting my needs for a beautiful and functional office chair. I'm on the hunt again for a new chair but feeling cheated with this one as I'm past the return window.

I bought this chair approximately 2 years ago. It was a perfect match for my home office. I only use it periodically and after a couple months, it started squeaking like many of the other reviews note. The squeaking turned eventually turned into louder cracks every time I swiveled the chair around. Today, I was on a call when there was all of the sudden a loud crack. Several little greasy metal balls fell out from under the base of the chair. They got grease all over my beautiful hide rug, which is now ruined. I could not be more disappointed with this chair.

Pros: Looks good Cons: Very uncomfortable I absolutely would not recommend buying this chair. I learned that many people have been experiencing problem with their spinning plate shortly after purchase. The chair is poorly designed. It doesn't go up or down. My chair is now experiencing the same issue, the chair is slanted. Right side is lower and left side is higher, and it's starting to hurt my lower back. I hope CB2 will fix this chair issue.

I love the look of this chair, but it started making a squeaking noise within 4 months of me having it. I work from home so sit in in every day. But the sound is getting annoying and based on other reviews, sounds like there will be further issues with the ballbearings.

I was looking for a nice looking chair that I wouldn't mind leaving out in our living room at my desk set up. This chair has nice details like the base, the metal plaques on the side and the fabric is a really pretty cream textured design. The base is not adjustable so I would recommend measuring the height you need for your desk. Otherwise I think this chair looks nice and has enough padding to be comfortable

Saw it, loved it, bought it, built it in less than 7 minutes. I'm 5'8, 140lbs and it fits me perfectly. Back and leg support are great It's a gorgeous chair. Elegant, minimal and so comfy. thank you CB2!

Nice comfortable and on the firm side desk chair. The fabric is not truly cream it has ticking in it and a lot of texture. That surprised me but it's not bad. It makes the chair look a little less formal for it's chic modern style.

The chair has been very squeaky ever since we bought it and now it's a very harsh grinding sound. Not sure how to fix it. It's pretty but clearly not functional.

I was looking for a chair for months and settled on this one based on the design. It's really pretty but gives me back, wrist and neck pain almost immediately. Really uncomfortable.I tried adjusting my desk, buying a footrest, etc and I end up just sitting on the floor instead.

I bought the chair almost exactly 2 years ago because I liked the style, however, it's been a little squeaky almost since it arrived. I ignored it since it wasn't that bad up until the last few weeks. Today, after making a noise that sounded like something broke, I lifted the chair to examine the swivel, and black powder poured all over my floor. The black powder had a few small shiny particulates in it, which makes me worried about what exactly was in it.

I bought this to go with my mid-century secretary desk, after 6 month in which I used it a few time, being a person who’s very careful and meticulous, saw the chair sinking to one side. I was stunned called the store, at 1st, they were giving me a hard time since it was 6mths. I was not having it and finally they issued a credit. Buy at your own risk!
