The design is attractive, but as noted in another review, the handle to the tongs broke on the first use (the seam appears glued, not melded). One other note: I’d hoped they would better match the black fireplace accessories I already have, but they are gun metal grey (while the photos seemed to depict black or near black, in fairness the color name is “raw steel.”)

Good quality. Really like how the bottom platform is weighted. It won't tip overeasily. The handles are fun but take some getting used to. And the tongs are kinda still awkward. Good quality though and excited to use it more frequently!

I have the 3 piece version of this set. Like other reviewers, the poker handle fell off within 6 months. Very cheap quality.

Seeing the other negative reviews here but haven’t had the same problem. I did the brass finish set, and the tongs are a bit loose at their joint. Otherwise, have had no issues and love the look.

We have now gone through 2 of these. The first one was shipped to us broken. The replacement had the fire poker break in half while stoking a fire. Seems like really poor quality materials and workmanship.

boxed opened yesterday for Christmas. went to use and and broke the second the tool was picked up. completely cheap product. so disappointed.
