A Transitional Home Office & Guest Room

This transitional space is perfect as a home office as well as a guest room. The oat-colored walls of this room are inviting and warm. The workstation is kept simple and clean-lined, featuring an ivory desk paired and a swivel upholstered chair that matches the tone of the overall color palette. On one side of the room, we made the walls come to life with a gallery wall with frames to add your collection of memories that will offer personality to space. On the other end of the room, flanking the little window nook are floating shelves in dark brown, which play host to décor and other official documents that help keep the desk clear and clutter-free. A rattan pendant hovers the desk, and a floor lamp brings in a soft vibe and natural texture to space.

I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up.
