A Contemporary Bedroom Doused In Jewel Tones

For this bedroom concept, the dresser is placed underneath the window while a king-sized bed in a rich blue fabric sits along the longest wall in the room. One side of the bed has a walnut nightstand with a white marble top and brass details. The other side of the bed has marble and brass nesting tables shared with the yellow wingback chair to create a cozy nook. Blue and white striped curtains that have a wave-like pattern flank the sliding door. The major pops of color in the room are the teal blue tones found in the accent wall painted with Sherwin Williams Rainstorm, the large abstract print above the bed, and the teal blue vintage area rug. The brass chandelier has a traditional shape with modern lines. Overall, this bedroom offers a bright and colorful space that is still warm and inviting.
