Blue Accents: Romantic French Country Bedroom

This French Country bedroom features a tufted upholstered wingback bed that doubles as the center of attention. The nightstands are antique taupe drawer chests with traditional curving feet, a must-have in French Country interior aesthetics. A set of blue hand-painted ceramic table lamps flank the bed. The dresser complemented the nightstands with a similar greige wood finish, molded details, and turned feet. A semi-circle tufted bench upholstered with a dark blue fabric with a French-inspired design sits at the base of the bed. Adding another pop of color, there is a blue area rug with a sophisticated and traditional pattern. Accompanying the dresser is a large antique glass framed mirror. The room's artwork has a vintage aesthetic and maintains an overall neutral palette with some blue accents. The result is a blue-accented, French-inspired bedroom with romantic and feminine touches that's stylish yet timeless.
