For this transitional bedroom design, we chose a more rustic and boho aesthetic. Small design details allowed us to maximize the space in this bedroom to incorporate more elements. A bed with storage underneath adds additional storage without needing a second dresser. This allows for room to add a chair near the window to create a small reading nook, with plants neatly tucked on the window ledge behind. Above the dresser and TV is a floating shelf that can display decorative items, plants, and favorite family photos. Flanking the bay window are four picture frames to display additional family photos. The bed is layered with pillows blankets to add contrasts and texture. All in all, this transitional bedroom feels romantic, cozy, and warm.
