Breezy & Blue: A Coastal Transitional Bedroom
This coastal, transitional bedroom makes you feel like your sleeping right in the middle of the ocean. The light oak bed is flanked with boho nightstands that play host to bottle-shaped lamps that add radiance throughout the bedroom at night. The wall above the bed is filled with two art frames that resemble the colors of cool waves and white sands. We placed a tufted bed bench at the bed's foot with storage options to store blankets and cushions. The bedroom is anchored with a soft blue area rug in distressed hues and patterns. In one corner of the bedroom, we included a comfy armchair for nights you want to snuggle in and read a book. Lastly, we left the windows bare to invite the natural light, making the bedroom feel and look airy and pleasant.
