A Sporty Transitional Kids Bedroom

This kids' bedroom features a simple dark wood desk with a black steel frame paired with a black leather office chair. A floating shelf hangs above the desk area to provide storage and additional space for decorative items. Adjacent is the dresser, and a sports rack above for sports equipment storage. Behind the workstation, the twin bed is tucked in the corner with a nightstand in a warm wood finish and clean, modern lines. The soft gray bedding adds some pattern and texture that pairs well with the gray curtains with a striated pattern. The room has been painted with Benjamin Moore's Gray tint. It's an incredible light gray that feels fresh and crisp, pairing well with the maroon area rug that brings a pop of color to the overall palette.
