We’re settling into our first family home and want to create a warm, livable space that works for both kids and adults. While we’ve inherited some budget-friendly furniture, it’s not as kid-friendly as we’d like. With a toddler and a baby on the way, we need a design that prioritizes safety, storage, and comfort while keeping the space cohesive and inviting.

Hi Theresa, Here is the living room showcasing a new leather sofa and a blue chair. It felt more your style to have the warmer neutral tones be a majority of your color palette with smaller pops of color like having the blue chair compared to a large blue sofa. I’ve updated the wall art to still include something textural along with black and white floral prints that have a modern farmhouse appeal to them. Best regards, Frances
