4 Crystal arrives chipped or cracked. Can replacement crystals be replaced. Ike the fixture but not the bulbs. Light is too yellow.

This is an absolutely stunning chandelier during the day and in the evenings. The reflection on the ceiling at night is fantastic! And the ambiance from these lights when I use the dimmer switches is incredibly beautiful. And we get so many compliments on these lights. Next step… Painting.

Absolutely love it! I was surprised all the crystals came unattached to the chandelier. The install was relatively easy. It hangs pretty low on its own so I used less chain than expected. Highly recommend.

Love it broke a crystal during installation and they sent me a replacement without any hassle.

It's a beautiful chandelier! However - two of the crystals came chipped and it's impossible to hang them all at the same hight. We used gloves to hang them to avoid fingerprints but whoever packaged them did not do so this was a pointless effort of keeping them clean. Also the chain links are impossible to open without scratching them up quite a bit and they are too narrow to fit all the way in the coordinating rings from the fixture (the fixture rings are stuck Midway in the chain link). At this price point we would have expected a better more thought thru solution.
