I've had the file cabinet a few months. I use the toe sizes of files and provides me the flexibility I needed along with the deep draw on the top for storage of office equipment. Much better than the two draw, lateral file cabinet I replaced.

Love the leather feel of the cabinet also the brass is a great mix it def took about 3 months for delivery but was well worth it : )

When I was looking for a file cabinet for my home office, I had such a difficult time finding one that I loved BUT then I saw this Oxford Black Lateral file cabinet and i was IN LOVE. My husband surprised me for my birthday and I am in love with it! The pictures do not do it justice, it is beautiful. I would highly recommend this piece or any office.

I was concerned about the file draw and how much it would hold. I handles both legal and standard size files. It was well designed and answered all of my needs in my new home office. I eliminated a lot of storage when I sold my working office and now retired. Looks good with the matching desk.Not disappointment1

I bought this for my office and the brass finish contrasts beautifully with the rustic black. I love it and is very solidly constructed.

I bought this at the same time as the matching desk and i love both pieces of furniture. They are solid and well built, but i have been rather frustrated by the bottom drawer on this not opening as far as one would expect to reach the files at the back. It's not an insurmountable problem, but one that i hadn't anticipated .

I bought this black and gold file cabinet for a design client. Firstly I had a heck of a time trying to find one that was very stylish, unot il I looked at Crate & Barrel. It is very functional, legal and/or letter size. Sleek lines. Very sophisticated!
