Super comfortable couch! They delivered it in two boxes and the assembly required simply screwing the legs on. Highly recommended!

We’ve had this for about six months now and this couch pills like crazy. It’s a nice looking couch overall, but the quality and comfort aren’t great. Hurts to sit in after a while as well. Definitely would recommend looking at other options for a better price.

I love the style of this couch (hence the 5 stars for design) but am disappointed in the material. For the price, it bums me out that it's pilled so much! The cushions also deflated pretty significantly.

I’ve owned this sofa for about a year. And while it absolutely does LOOK stunning I wished I had considered the numerous reviews that warned of pilling because it does happen. A LOT! For the price point, that is very disappointing. The cushion also doesn’t hold up its shape after you sit on it so I am constantly having to fluff it up, smooth it out after someone sits on it. Otherwise it looks like a shabby mess. I cannot believe the price of this sofa has even gone up since I bought it a year ago?! And speaking of price, I keep seeing on Printerest that is sofa is priced at $3300 but is being sold at $2299. It had me thinking, there was no way I had paid that much on a couch?! This is very misleading advertisement! Please see photo below. Article, if you have anything to do with these false ads please stop. If you don’t, please look into the matter because it’s very misleading to consumers.

It has been a year since we purchased our Sven sectional. Unfortunately this sofa has not lived up to our expectations both in fabric quality and structure. A few months after purchasing, the fabric began to pill -much like other reviewers have noted. We were hoping it was the fabric settling, however it has deteriorated so much we are considering buying another couch. It’s incredibly disappointing to have this fabric issue, especially at this price point. Please view the attached photos and consider before purchasing!

I am so happy with this sofa - it is better than I expected and the quality is phenomenal. You have to fluff the pillows but if you do this regularly they maintain their shape. Beautiful!!

READ THE REVIEWS! I purchased this because I was excited that it'd come quicker than other furniture stores, but I wish I'd just waited, because this was a huge waste of money. This is the worst investment I've ever made. Within 2 weeks of having this sectional, it began shedding feathers form the cushions. So annoying when you're trying to relax and you're being pricked by a feather here, a feather there, etc. But the WORST part of this is that it PILLS LIKE NO OTHER, and looks ratty and cheap. I've now had this couch for only 8 months, and it looks like it's been around for years.

Love this couch - super comfy and large enough for two people to lay out. Only complaint is that the cushions at the back have lost their shape and don’t look very good anymore - wish there was a way to get new ones!

Love the look and color of this sectional. But have had this sofa for less than a year and have experienced a ton of pilling, and feathers poking out. Definitely not for everyday use.

I am unhappy with this couch and planning to send it back. The description says “ivory” and the pictures show it as being much lighter than it actually is. It has tones of light brown, black, mixed with gray which I don’t like. The fabric is scratchy and not soft. The couch appears to be “deep”, but when you sit on it, it is not comfortable. Kinda hard and boxy. The back cushions are already losing their shape and the fabric is slippery down the front in less than one week with little use. Your legs don’t fully fit and I’m short!! I waited almost 2 yrs to save up for this couch. Super disappointed. I have contacted customer support and received an uncaring, insulting email in return. I’m still waiting for a second response to my inquiry. Don’t waste your money. I want this ugly expensive couch out of my living room ASAP. I’m pretty upset and disappointed.
