Love the table, the feel of the solid wood is great. I bought a lot of furniture for my new apartment and a lot of it came in broken or dented. The packaging and the quality of this table is great without any shipping issues. My only issue is that Im worried about the table being stained easily. I am contemplating protecting the table with polyurathane.

I qas so excited about this not being big enough to enter. But i gad friends over for dinner the other night and without the leaf being out there was plenty of room to spread out comfortably and there where serving dishes down the evnter of the table! Plus it's pretty and well made! Winning!

Table is well made but despite the extensive packaging, arrived with scratches on the wood top and one of the metal legs having a deep scratch.

The table was a bit more narrow than I like, but it’s still been a great purchase at a great price. It has also help up very well. It’s very heavy, well-built, and looks great.

Very happy with this table, although it scratches easily, revealing lighter wood beneath the black stain. For this reason, we had a tempered glass table top fabricated for it--well worth the couple hundred dollar investment. We ordered the Obscura chairs (both types) to accent it. This table looks great with modern or mid century decor.

We love this table! I saw some reviews saying it is too narrow but we do not feel that way at all, there is plenty of room for plates and even to set food in the middle for family style. The leaf is super easy to use too, and the whole thing was really easy to put together...but you definitely need a few people just due to the sheer weight of it. It is VERY heavy which is a testament to the quality in my opinion. Couldn't be happier with this table! We got the oscuro garland green chairs with it and the whole set is stunning.

Usually don't write reviews, but love this table and cannot believe how well Article packs their furniture. Highly recommend. Using as a large desk in my home office.
