Scarlet Red & Raisin Purple: A Modern Industrial Living/Dining Room

This classic modern living/dining room brings patterns and colors to accent the African-themed style décor seen throughout the space. There is plenty of seating in the living room – starting from the olive-green sectional to the raisin purple armchairs, which dominate one end of the living room space. The decor brings artificial plants for easy care, and crystals bring a natural aesthetic to the floating shelves. We have woken up the walls with metal wall art over the door in the hallway bringing in texture and color. The rug that anchors the living room is in an enchanting scarlet red hue that instantly brightens the space. We kept it simple and elegant in the dining room, with a black dining table and matching black chairs for comfort and to draw in style. Lastly, the coffee table, the metal bookcase, and the sleek media console make the room look edgy, industrial, and modern.
