An Open & Bright Modern Rustic Living/Dining Room

The living room and dining room have a color palette of white, blue, and rust to coordinate with the hues oozing from the rugs that give character to space. The living room is arranged to face the fireplace and has ample seating with a sofa, chairs, and ottomans. A coffee table and end tables are added for you to rest a drink and to serve guests when they come over. A floor lamp in the corner next to the fireplace ensures the room has sufficient light through the night. The built-in shelves are accessorized with a variety of décor that is coastal and mid-century, which gives this space visual interest. To create cohesion between the two zones, the dining room has blue and white chairs with a washable blue rug underneath. A bar cabinet is provided with easy access for guests and the wall hanging above the console makes the wall feel alive.
