Shades Of Cool Gray & White: A Transitional Living-Dining Room

We started with a neutral color palette of light ivories for the living room design, grays with pops of blue and charcoal. The foundational piece is a gray sectional from West Elm, providing plenty of comfortable, stylish seating and making room for the reclining chair to face the TV. The rug is a vintage-inspired, Ruggable rug that brings subtle sophistication and personality to the living room. Next, a media center has been created with a console and two flanking bookcases, taking advantage of the longwall and offering plenty of closed and open storage. Next, the dining area is fitted with a small transitional style table and four pale gray chairs to carry the neutral color theme through space and finished with a different Ruggable rug. Finally, the desk nook features a complete workstation with a transitional style desk, task chair, and bookcase for storage. All around, the space feels polished and styled, warm and welcoming for you and your family.

I loved the design my designer created. It was warm and cozy all at once. I’ve already bought the table in the design.

I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up. I have already bought the coffee table and plan on buying the rest too. This design is everything I was looking for.
