Loud, Bold, & Bright: A Mid-Century Living/Dining Room

For this mid-century modern living-dining room design, we included the French doors to complement the art pieces, piano, and the chic accent chair. Under the windows, a chaise-style bench is added to the room so that you can enjoy the view from the outside. This color scheme is a bit bold, with a blue sleeper sofa while still incorporating earthy tones throughout. To allow an open walkway from the kitchen to the living area, you will see a more mid-century style extendable rectangular table with four classic chairs. A colorful artwork above the dining table calls for attention, making it the room's focal point. Floating shelves with storage baskets, along with gallery frames for your family photos and an extra-large storage basket, will help to hide clutter away from sight.

I loved the design my designer created. It was warm and cozy all at once. I’ve already bought the table in the design.

I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up. I have already bought the coffee table and plan on buying the rest too. This design is everything I was looking for.
