A Taupe Mid-Century Transitional Living/Dining Room

To create a sense of personality into this living-dining room, we daubed the walls with a two-tone taupe shade. We brought in a large seating option to the living room through the use of a gray sofa featuring contrast cushions - this allows for the perfect place to gather, talk, read, or enjoy a post-dinner cup of coffee. A bar cabinet in a soft gray hue double into a table for décor and storage. At the dining room, a white Beachem dining table governs the center of the room and is paired with high fan-back black wooden dining chairs bringing in contrast to the overall space. An industrial pendant adds an interesting design element to the ceiling, drawing the eye up to take in the entire room.
