Built-in Bookcase Shelves: A Modern Living Room

This modern rustic living room is cozy, warm, and welcoming. Pops of bold hue is seen through the accent chairs, pillows, and artwork, bringing contrast to the neutrals and warm wood tones. The living room features plenty of storage with built-in bookcases that are perfect for pulling in decor with color and personality. A leather sectional with modern lines brings in a statement contrasted by the shag rug to bring in texture. At the entryway of this living room space, a console table along with a ladder shelf play host to blankets and throws to help keep you warm during cold nights. Lastly, we’ve added a couple of potted cacti and other greenery accents to bring the outdoors indoors.

I love my design! It feels warm and cozy even with the amount of grey that is currently in there. I’ve wanted that rug for a while sp seeing it used it in the design helped me make my mind up. I have already bought the coffee table and plan on buying the rest too. This design is everything I was looking for.
